How do you get older with disabilities, in a setback GMAC car loan?

My parents are seniors with disabilities and are trying to find a way out of a reversal of GMAC car loan. They were harvested when it came to trade in your old Saturn sedan for a vehicle that had OnStar. The agent did not give even the blue book value on their trade in which was in excellent condition. Every time they go to the dealer service leverages Saturn telling them they need jobs that do not really need. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Both are at the end of his rope and can not afford to help at this time and I'm trying to help my brother with his mortgage.

HELP! The house of my father going into foreclosure this week — is there any way to get a small loan?

My father has been in escrow (Candle in the house) for almost 3 months, the mortgage is supposed to stop receiving payments once was in escrow with a buyer, but they refuse. The security deposit is supposed to about 3 days after the start motgage foreclosure and the mortgage company refuses to wait 3 days! are bad option arm loan?

everyone says option arm loans and negative am loans are bad. I know I'm negative is bad. i would youe an interest only or option arm set for 5-7 years. My plan is to keep the proerty for a short period. and theres no prepayment penalty. im using interest only and option arm fixed, but i plan on selling the house in 1-4 years. I am buying homes 10-20% below the value and I'm putting money down, and the neighbor hood is 10% apprechating RightNow.

However, if you started buying well below value, then the option ARM might not be a bad idea. Try to get at least pay only interest each month (no minimum interest payment that you can add a "negative" equity).
