What I can do with unpaid bank charges?

4 years ago just after he turned 18 my account was discovered by 5 pounds, not realizing the 1st time I realized this was when I received a statement and was now overdrawn by £ 33 a £ 28 charge that I had given after speaking with them I said I would have to pay this even after saying he had no money to pay them. This resulted in putting £ 28 counts in each month and thus spiral in an amount that could not pay, then received a phone call saying to pay £ x now or let this be happening to Debt Recovery told them I wouldnt be able to pay. Anyway, the debt went and I had a few letters from debt recovery agents request I could not make payments, but nothing has come of them. I believe that the debt stands at something like 350 pounds, a little over 5 pounds. How I can get out of this mess, I am currently in college so I'm not really able to pay £ 350 altogether.

you may request an overdraft from your bank writeoff. Tou can pay your debt later, when you make money, and you can repair your credit history, and the amount of debt will not increase with this thing.
